The Ottagono Restaurant & Lounge, located within the TownHouse Galleria, in the prestigious setting of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan, has launched the ambitious “40 stars in the Galleria” project, alternating 40 starred chefs in the Galleria from March 2017
Alessandro Rosso, owner of the TownHouse Galleria and creator of the project, yet hosted last December, in collaboration with the Michelin Guide, the first three starred chefs: Terry Giacomello, Christian Milone and Emanuele Mazzella. With their creative top-quality courses they lightened the evening and started the project.
From March 2017, the 40 stars of the firmament of great cooking will alternate in the Gallery, with TownHouse Galleria’s chef Simone Ceppaglia, and will propose starred menus for dinners by reservation. The menu for each of the 40 starred chefs will be accompanied by five Cuvées of Marguerite Guyot Champagne Maison, to give a different emotion to each course. Florence Guyot will be guest every evening.
The first appointments will be with Rome’s Bistrot 64, which just conquered one Michelin star (Japanese cuisine, the chef will bring a unique menu), from March 3 to 7, and with the Locanda Don Serafino, two stars from the heart of Sicily, from March 22 to April 1.
